Dear Parents,
I know that you love your children very much and you are doing your best to ensure that they live a good life. At this important stage of development, we, as parents, are guides and role models for our children. They are learning by watching our behaviors and actions, which are reflected in their own behaviors. Sharing is one of the important concepts that is learned during this period, and it is also important for our children to gain the understanding of sharing. Taking time for them, sharing in their games, and providing them with the opportunities we have are ways to make sharing the sole focus of our lives.
Therefore, my request from you is to teach them to share everything they can share with others, such as love, friendship, knowledge, and many other things that I cannot enumerate. For a child who values love, being loved, and expressing their love, it will definitely be easy to share.
As Doğan Cüceloğlu said, ‘“A person’s homeland is their childhood, and a child that is happy in their homeland will surely find a way to be happy.”
With love,
