Gönül Bahçesinde Mevlana

Japonya Büyükelçisi Nabuaki Tanaka'nın, Gönül Bahçesinde Mevlâna eserinden dolayı Melâhat Ürkmez'e, “Büyük Anadolu Filozofu Mevlana, Türk tarihinin geleneksel bir sembolüdür ve Türk kültürünün böyleönemli bir sembolünü, Mevlana'nın felsefesiyle son derece ilgili olan Japon halkına tanıtma misyonunu sizin gibi saygıdeğer bir insanın yüklenmesinden olayıçokderinden etkilendim” diyerek 2009 yılında yazmış olduğu imzalı mektubu;

"Gönül Bahçesinde Mevlana" at the time when we met at the opening of the Japanese Culture Center in konya.

Since Mevlana, the great Anatolian philosopher is the traditional symbol of Turkish history, I am deeply impressed that a distinguished people like yourselfcarries the mission of promoting, such an important figure of Turkish culture to the people of Japan who are wery interested in the philosophy of Mevlana.
