International Research in the Field of English Language Teaching I consists of six chapters. First chapter named “Translanguaging In Action: Reshaping Teacher-Child Interactions And Fostering Willingness To Communicate In Bilingual Classrooms” explores the implementation of translanguaging pedagogy in a bilingual preschool within the monolingual context of Türkiye and its potential impacts on reshaping teacher-child interactions. In the second chapter named “Team Teaching In Higher Education: A Focus On Teacher Professional Development”, researchers underline the significance of team teaching as an innovative collaborative approach to professional development in higher education and focus on the efficiency of team teaching in providing opportunity for educators to enhance professional development through collaborating with other instructors, learning new teaching styles, and reflecting on their own performance to better their instruction. The third chapter named “Literary Texts In Language Teaching: A Scoping Review Of Studies In Türkiye” is about the use of literary texts in teaching English. The fourth chapter named “Examining Narrative-Based Teaching Methods For Early Learners: A Bibliometric Analysis” examines the significant impact of storytelling on language education for young students, specifically focusing on the incorporation of digital storytelling. In the fifth chapter named “Chatbots As Writing Anxiety Reducer And Learner Autonomy Enhancer: Theoretical Frameworks”, this study delves into how ChatGPT-3.5 influences the English language learning experience for university-level students. The last chapter named “A Lifebuoy: Role Of L1 Vis-À-Vis Willingness To Communicate” aims to explore any relationship between the first language use and the L2 WTC by investigating the experiences of language teachers regarding the use of L1 in the language classroom.Kitapta yer alan çalışmalar, farklı dönemlere ve bölgelere odaklanarak, arkeolojik yöntemlerin ve teorilerin nasıl evrildiğini göstermektedir.
