In this study, social media and hate speech theories were mentioned. Twitter interactions on hate speech against Syrians on Twitter were analyzed. When we analyzed the dates of March 1, 2019-March 31, 2020 in depth, we came up with the following result. In Turkey, the agenda in the traditional media and the agenda spoken on Twitter are influenced by each other, but do not exactly match each other, and the Syrian agenda in Twitter corresponds to a very small percentage, approximately 0.33% on average, within the Twitter Turkey agenda. The fact that it corresponds to 2.02% and is a negligible rate even on the dates of the Idlib martyrs and the Afrin operation, which are the dates of intense talk. These findings show us that the Syrian agenda on Twitter is not a mirror of Turkey, and at the same time, the hate speech agenda produced against Syrians is not a mirror of Twitter. At this point, the duty of influential users who use social media, especially Twitter, will be to share common sense on Twitter by making more prudent and soothing news instead of provocative news or comments against Syrian migrants after the news of the operation or martyrdom. In this case Journalists, politicians, and artists etc. To ensure an atmosphere of reconciliation and peace, it should refrain from posting some information on Twitter that may have the potential to fuel hate speech. It is equally important to keep the language of news, comments, and evaluations to be made in the traditional media at a level that will not evoke hate speech.
